A nine-month re-embodying experience for women
Do you find yourself stuck in and repeating the same relationship patterns? Do you feel an emptiness or a deep 'lack' which you cannot place? Does your childhood seem to be 'fine' and yet, you feel unstable or often overwhelmed by life's circumstances?
This nine-month small group experience is designed to help you restore connection to your core, vital self so that you can feel empowered to create the life you truly want. Rather than creating what we do not want from a place of 'unconsciousness' you will peel away layers of early wounds and learn to live from a more conscious, connected, resourced place.
We explore themes of trans-generational trauma, prenatal and birth trauma and their lifelong effects on our sense of being in relationship - with ourselves, with others, and within society. We also look at the group's challenges with everyday living experiences, conflict and communication, and our capacity to yield, let go, and surrender, which are keys to dealing effectively with change and transition.
We support and nurture each other in our small Re-wombing™ Community, planting seeds which helps to restore our cellular memory and to re-awaken our capacity to heal. We engage in reflective, embodied dialogue with each other, re-storying and re-membering our greatest potential.

Prenatal and Perinatal Trauma
Each one of us has experienced prenatal and perinatal trauma due to the nature of society's systems and need to revisit this period in order to integrate our frozen or disconnected parts.
Trans-generational & Childhood Trauma
In one way or another we are each carrying a form of transgenerational trauma and childhood wounding which needs to be uncovered, recognised, and repaired in connection with each other.

We are all here to learn, grow, and evolve as human beings which means that life should never be a 'piece of cake' but an opportunity to discover and integrate parts of ourselves

Approach to repairing trauma
I look at the challenges that people are facing right now with their relationship to themselves, to each other and to the environment, not as individual issues but as collective, trans-generational trauma. They are not only physical and mental, but largely spiritual in nature, brought on by the growing disconnection and disembodiment of society at large. They are not to be diagnosed, not to be labeled, and certainly not to be medicated but instead are meant to be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

Our 'Re-wombing and re-membering' experience will start the process of reawakening you to your fullest potential, reconnecting you to your heart center, and supporting you to find strength within yourself and community.

Understands all of our psychiatric labels (DSM) as symptoms of collective, unconscious trauma and despair designed to hide the real source of our pain

Uses embodiment practices as a way to help restore connection to Self, and to reawaken the body's capacity for self-regulation

Provides opportunities to learn skills of dialogue in order to slow down, self-regulate and deepen the connection to others in the group but also at home and work

Mimics gestational experiences over nine-months to help rewire our nervous system for safety and connection

What's included?
Online learning materials and resources will be provided once we see what each group needs. The experience, is customised for each Re-Wombing™ 'family' although we do follow a general structure for our live sessions.
Learning to trust the process and go with the flow
As this nine-month experience is designed to mimic aspects of our womb experience: stepping into something without really knowing where it is going to take you, learning to trust the process and your own embodied wisdom. Each Re-wombing™ and Re-membering experience is customised based on the collective needs of the group, just as no two pregnancies or birth experiences are alike.
QiGong exercises for transforming low-frequency emotions
We will learn to embody certain practices which will help restore self-regulation and a sense of aliveness, allowing our bodies to process negativity and low vibrational forms of information
Gratitude and heart based breath meditations
We will take time to connect to our hearts in each session and experiment with different forms of heart based meditations in order to restore coherence and resonance
Intentional connection
We will practice slowing down and learning just to be in connection with each other, without expectation, without judgment, sensing the inner pulse and following its movement
Customised content
Each session will include content based on the group's collective needs. For example, we may look at narcissistic wounds (i.e. self-image and self-worth), boundary issues, sexual trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, illnesses, excessive worry, negative self-talk, etc.
Skills of embodied dialogue
Each session provides space for you to learn how to dance between leading and following, between acting and listening or receiving. A container is offered for us to practice certain skills.
Group mirroring and pair work
There will be opportunity in each session for people to be seen, received, and appreciated. Everyone unfolds at their own pace so space is provided to be vulnerable, confront parts of ourselves, and to be seen by the larger group and in more intimate 'twin connection.'
