The Nested Womb

Rebirthing a conscious society through soil & soul

High frequency leadership

Low frequency leadership can have detrimental effects on not only the employees in the direct vicinity of your leaders, but can have a ripple effect throughout your organisation impacting everything from wellbeing, employee turnover, and your bottom line.  It occurs because of 'allostatic load' and means that your leadership team is operating from their sympathetic nervous system due to a build up of cumulative chronic stress.  This means only leading from a fight-flight modus, versus one which is built on principles of dialogue, collaboration, community, and connectedness.  Find out how to ensure your leaders are making the right kind of impact.

Conscious, embodied dialogue for leaders

One of the challenges today is that people do not take the time to slow down long enough to have conscious conversations. We have lost the sacred art of listening, to ourselves and to each other. We are fragmented parts rather than functioning as a whole. An embodied dialogical approach to self, others, and society which emphasises principles of dialogue and uses the intentional 'space between' to create shared meaning is Dialogical Leadership.
Understanding Dialogical Leadership, Conscious Conversations for Navigating Complexity, is a book authored by Angel S. Buster and Dr. Rens van Loon which offers a practical method for exploring your own inner repertoire of what are called 'I-positions.' People struggle to differentiate different voices within themselves and to understand how these can polarise or radicalise, taking over and silencing other parts of our psyche. We see these at an individual level, with persons who become too invested in one particular perspective and remain inflexible and closed to other points of view. This can be detrimental to a person's psychic development and create disharmony in our mind-body system. At the collective level, this can become dangerous as groups of people gather around a single polarised ideology believing that they are right and others are wrong. When we exclude others, we are actually just not open to listening to those parts of ourselves, and this can involve underdeveloped aspects of self, or even those which have experienced trans-generational trauma. But this can also be seen at the collective level in how we exclude our 'right brain' from decision making, relying and even heightening our emphasis on the left. This is comparable to the exclusion of the feminine part of ourselves, and our reliance on the 'disembodied knowledge' of the mind versus the 'embodied wisdom' which comes from a deep relationship with our bodies.

Angel S. Buster, MA, MSc

I am the founder of The Nested Womb, a conscious education community with four interrelated goals:

1) entering into dialogue with today's leadership and raising the frequency of businesses to co-create a more eco-embodied approach to our global challenges
2) facilitating conscious evolution by raising our planetary frequency through a restoration of the relationship between soil and soul
3) raising awareness of the origins of our collective trauma and how its 'disembodied' state is continuously being reinforced in society and;
4) helping repair and restore the connection to each other and our hearts through a variety of programs, community events, and workshops

I was born with Bladder Exstrophy Epispadias Complex, a rare congenital disorder (1 in 100,000) in which the bladder is born outside of the body, and sex is ambiguous.  Through my own healing journey, I have arrived (and am still arriving!) at an embodied understanding of both its scientific and spiritual perspectives which has allowed me to understand the underlying factors in the formation of birth differences. This is related to frequency disturbance from layers and layers of trans-generational trauma.  My background as a leadership author, speaker, and consultant, a creative entrepreneur, trauma therapist, and prenatal and perinatal psychology educator, has allowed me to weave together a variety of perspectives and to develop an integral vision for societal transformation, which must be seen as a mirror of our inner transformation.

I am a somatically trained psychotherapist, existential psychologist, Co-Active coach at PCC level ICF, an Imago Therapist,  Integrative Baby Therapist, former Deloitte Human Capital leadership consultant, author of numerous articles and book chapters, with two upcoming books: Understanding Dialogical Leadership, Conscious Conversations for Navigating Complexity (co-authored with Rens van Loon) and The Nested Womb, a sacred ecology of how life forms and evolves.
