Why Embodying Sacred Vitality Professional Program?
In the last several hundred years we have gradually been losing contact with the sacredness in ourselves and the world around us. We have lost connection to our core intelligence and our ability to restore balance and harmony to our own system. Although much of this imbalance is imposed upon us through our food supply, and the harmful toxins we find everywhere around us, some of it develops by the (unconscious) choices we make. We need to become more aware of how, with each choice we make, we empower ourselves, or disempower ourselves, by giving our power away. Our vitality is this power, the life-force energy which becomes drained through always begin 'on' and disconnected from the 'soul of life.' Life, for many, has become a meaningless, soulless, meandering, rather than a sacred gift.
The Embodying Sacred Vitality framework
Embodying Sacred Vitality weaves together quantum physics, existential psychology concepts, epigenetic science and extracellular matrix, prenatal and perinatal psychology, theories of trauma and resilience, Morphic resonance, systems science, vibrational science, womb wisdom, mythology, spirituality, and principles of dialogue into a framework for whole-person health. It is a paradigm shifting approach will support you to 'be' fully resourced and whole in the presence of your clients, and allow you to work effectively with the energetic field for accelerated change.
LEVEL 1: Experiencing
The ability to guide others begins with experiencing the journey yourself
You know how essential it is to fully embody a system in order to really be successful at it. Sacred Vitality™ needs to become part of who you are, rather than a 'holistic health approach.'
Level 1 is all about your own personal healing and includes returning to your own story from pre-conception to the first year of life, looking at it through the lenses provided to you in the program. It also offers you tools and practices to heal your own womb wounds, specifically any around the Sacral chakra, Hara.
We will use vibrational medicine, including breath, movement and sound, coupled with reading and journaling. It also includes elements of hormonal balance and dietary recommendations. Although I am not a dietician, I offer resources for what has helped me to feel more vital and fully alive.
This part of the program is mostly Yin, a going inside oneself in order to find the answers, and slowing down in order to move into life with more flow.

Moving from pure experiencing to engaging with the material
In this portion of the accreditation we will move from experiencing to taking a deep dive into the Embodying Sacred Vitality™ framework. We will start layer by layer, moving through from inside out.
Level 2 is all about understanding and starting to work with the system to guide and coach others towards whole-person health and vitality. We will build on your own experiences from Level 1 and work on how to use all of these tools with clients. The Sacred Vitality™ report is an essential element of this, as it allows us to have an ' objective' starting point for beginning the work with clients.
The report offers you a tangible product to offer clients and with it you are able to create a personalised plan which will support them best.
This part of the program is a mixture of Yin & Yang, learning information, integrating it, and starting the process of bringing it out into the world.
Level 2 is all about understanding and starting to work with the system to guide and coach others towards whole-person health and vitality. We will build on your own experiences from Level 1 and work on how to use all of these tools with clients. The Sacred Vitality™ report is an essential element of this, as it allows us to have an ' objective' starting point for beginning the work with clients.
The report offers you a tangible product to offer clients and with it you are able to create a personalised plan which will support them best.
This part of the program is a mixture of Yin & Yang, learning information, integrating it, and starting the process of bringing it out into the world.
LEVEL 3: Embodying
Moving from understanding to embodying
In this portion of the accreditation we will move from understanding to applying the Sacred Vitality™ framework to working with your target group. That means that this part of the program is also about (re)identifying your particular interest area, and niche which is always authentically connected to your deepest wound.
Level 3 allows you to practice with clients, guide the group in selected exercises, present your final paper, which includes your personal learning process, and get recommendations for further development.
To become fully certified you will need to meet a number of requirements, like a final presentation, paper, client recording and log book.
This part of the program is a mixture of Yin & Yang, going inside yourself again, as we did in Level 1, but this time with the intention of finding what it is you will bring to the external world.
Level 3 allows you to practice with clients, guide the group in selected exercises, present your final paper, which includes your personal learning process, and get recommendations for further development.
To become fully certified you will need to meet a number of requirements, like a final presentation, paper, client recording and log book.
This part of the program is a mixture of Yin & Yang, going inside yourself again, as we did in Level 1, but this time with the intention of finding what it is you will bring to the external world.
Each level is a spiralling journey towards the centre and an unfolding towards the outside. Begin at Level 1, continue immediately or wait, and choose to pay in full or in instalments. I am here to support you to be able to guide others towards wholeness.

Begin your journey immediately with the self-paced portion of the program and decide which Live group to join later. I start a new group every two months, on Mondays or Wednesdays. If you have no plans to use this with clients, you can exit at Level 1.

Learn how to guide and coach others with the Sacred Vitality™ system. You become licensed to work with the reports which comprise this whole-body approach. Here we take a deep dive into understanding the system from a coaching perspective and enabling you to market yourself.

This portion of the accreditation is designed to give you feedback regarding your client sessions, as well as 1-1 support for your final assessment. A requirement to fully qualify as a Sacred Vitality™ practitioner Level 3 is a written assignment and presentation regarding your chosen niche.
